Welcome to Bodysense Pilates and Wellbeing!

My goal in creating this space is to create a welcoming and warm environment that cultivates healing through embodiment. To me, Pilates is a wonderful form of movement that encapsulates multiple methodologies; I utilize Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, dance, yoga, myofascial release techniques, the teachings of Thomas Meyers Anatomy Trains and other myofascial pioneers, and Orthobionomy practices. Each body is unique and requires individual care. I strive to provide that care in each session with a melange of practices, intuition, and listening to the client and their needs.
