In a private setting Megan provides the individualized instruction to lead clients to feeling their absolute best.

Mat Pilates at Bodysense is a versatile, holistic, and mindful flow movement practice. Mat Pilates teaches the foundation of Pilates and recruits the body to work as a whole entity, leaving you feeling stronger, connected, and balanced.

Wellness Coaching is an effective evidence-based form of conversation between coach and client to create long-lasting behavior and habit change. The coach helps the client identify emotions behind certain needs in order to address the root of behaviors and habits. The coach helps guide the client to their self-designed Wellness Vision and a set of manageable goals in order to live a lifestyle aligned with their vision.

Megan offers online private Pilates as well as online Wellness Coaching sessions. Online privates are a wonderful way to benefit from the same personalized care as a private session but from the comfort of your own home. Equipment for online Pilates privates is not necessary and can be done with a mat and simple props. Online Pilates privates are also a great way to build a home exercise routine and maintain consistency when needing to be remote.
